Hey there. I design, strategize and lead teams at Edenspiekermann in Berlin.
Since the early 2000s I’ve helped create products and services for clients ranging from startups to established publishing houses.
My specialty are content-driven digital experiences from regional to global scale – for media outlets such as Zeit Online or The Economist and international brands like Red Bull.
To create products that are both beautiful and relevant, I ground my design process in user needs and a holistic view on the bigger context. I also strongly believe in agile methodologies and interdisciplinary collaboration. When it comes to editorial, that means including users as well as journalists throughout the whole process.
I teach interaction design at the University of Applied Sciences Bielefeld, serve as mentor for bachelor theses and at innovation workshops, occasionally write and co-found digital publications.
